Summary: You buy a perpetual license to use Deal Flow on one Mautic® instance (per subdomain). The license includes updates for one year. After one year, the plugin continues to work — you just won't receive new updates without renewing. All sales are final.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Sean Mahoney, operating as DealFlowPlugin.com ("Licensor"), for the use of the Deal Flow software plugin ("Software"). By purchasing or installing the Software, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of the license fee, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on a single Mautic instance, identified by one subdomain.
Your license key is tied to the subdomain of your Mautic instance. The key is validated against our license server at activation. You may request a key transfer if you migrate your Mautic instance to a new subdomain — contact support with your original order details.
License keys may not be shared, posted publicly, or transferred to another party without prior written consent from Licensor.
Your license includes software updates for one (1) year from the purchase date. After that period, the Software continues to function but will not receive new updates. Updates are delivered via the built-in auto-update mechanism in the plugin.
Licensor reserves the right to release updates at its discretion. There is no guarantee of a specific update schedule or feature roadmap.
The current license fee is $149 USD per subdomain, payable as a one-time charge at purchase. Prices may change for future purchases but will not change for existing active licenses.
All sales are final. Because the Software is delivered digitally and a license key is issued immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Software from functioning in your environment, contact support — we will work to resolve the issue or, at our sole discretion, issue a credit.

Basic email support is included for one (1) year from purchase. Support covers installation issues, bug reports, and questions about documented features. Support does not cover custom development, modifications, or third-party integration consulting.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Your license terminates automatically if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
Licensor may update these Terms. Continued use of the Software after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to existing licenses.
